Brooklyn Biscuit Facts

The Brooklyn Biscuit Company's biscuits are unique, not only for our variety of flavors to choose from but how long they last. They will keep for 3 days on your counter and freeze up to one month.

They are made with only the freshest ingredients;

Kosher salt
Egg

Keep the fresh on your counter (NOT IN THE FRIDGE), wrapped in plastic wrap or foil for up to three days. To Reheat: wrap them in foil and place in a conventional or toaster oven set at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. They will come out as you just baked them (don't worry, we won't tell).

To freeze them, wrap individually in plastic wrap and place them in a larger ziplock bag or reusable freezer bag to avoid freezer burn.
To Reheat: take your frozen biscuits out of the freezer and let them thaw on your counter, wrap them in foil and place in a conventional or toaster oven set at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Perfect!
SECRET TIP - put your wrapped biscuit in the microwave for 3 - 5 seconds - if it's frozen 11- 14 seconds. Don't overdo it!
